Participation in the programme includes:
  • Sunday Mass
  • Parent / Adult sessions mainly online which is in response to recent experiences and feedback from parents
  • Sessions after Sunday Mass
  • Saturday morning family sessions.
Tabernacle at the Cathedral
There are a range of paper and online resources which will be shared during the programme to support families during this special time of preparation.

The programme gives adults and children a chance to:
  • learn more about the Holy Mass;
  • learn about the Sacrament of the Eucharist which is the second sacrament of initiation;
  • learn about the Sacrament of Reconciliation which is known as one of the healing sacraments;
  • find out more about the Bible and the catechism;
  • experience different types of prayer for use within the family.
